Audi Factory Warranty

Every new Audi comes with new vehicle limited warranty. The Audi factory warranty includes a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, roadside assistance, and a corrosion warranty. The Audi factory warranty does not come with a separate powertrain warranty. These warranties cover repairs needed to due manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Audi factory warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first date of use.

The Audi basic, or standard, warranty covers most components that fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first and begins on the delivery date or the first date of use. The Audi corrosion warranty applies for 12 years regardless of mileage and covers rust-through due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Audi roadside assistance program offers services such as emergency towing, lock out, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, and flat tire change. The roadside assistance applies for 4 years regardless of mileage.

For 1999 and 2000 year models, the standard warranty and roadside assistance program differ from the 2001 and newer models. The standard warranty for 1999 and 2000 models applies for 3 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first and there is no roadside assistance program for those year models.
