Cadillac Factory Warranty

When a new Cadillac is purchased, it comes with a limited factory warranty. The Cadillac limited factory warranty comes with a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a powertrain warranty, a corrosion warranty, and roadside assistance. The Cadillac factory warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the day it is first put into use.

The Cadillac Factory Warranty covers any component of the new Cadillac, including accessories, if it fails due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Cadillac powertrain warranty covers the engine, transmission, transaxle, transfer case, and drive systems. It is valid for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. In the Cadillac corrosion warranty any body sheet metal panel is covered against rust for 4 years or 50,000 miles whichever comes first, but if there is rust-through it is covered for 6 years regardless of mileage. Cadillac also offers roadside assistance. The services include towing, battery jump start, lock out assistance, flat tire change, fuel delivery, trip interruption, and courtesy transportation. The Cadillac roadside assistance benefits apply for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
