Dodge Roadside Assistance

You are here

Under the Dodge new car factory limited warranty there is no Dodge roadside assistance coverage. If your car is inoperable due to a breakdown caused by a manufacturer defect or workmanship during the 3 year or 36,000 mile factory warranty period or the 5 year 100,000 mile powertrain warranty, then Dodge, through Chrysler Group,  will tow the vehicle to the nearest Dodge dealership at no cost to you.

How to Reach the Dodge Towing Assistance

To receive emergency towing call 1-800-521-2779 and a Dodge representative will be able to help you. If you are unable to reach the towing assistance center and you pay the cost of towing, then Dodge will reimburse you, just mail your receipts to Chrysler Towing Assistance at P.O. Box 9145, Medford, MA 02155, Attention: Claims Department

While Dodge does offer a roadside assistance program at an extra cost, there are other options. An extended auto warranty will not only provide you with roadside assistance services like, battery jump start, lock out, fuel delivery service, alternative transportation, and more, but it will also extend warranty coverage after the Dodge factory warranty has expired.
