Ford Factory Warranty

When a new Ford vehicle is purchased, it comes with a limited factory warranty. This warranty includes a Ford standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a Ford limited powertrain warranty, a Ford corrosion warranty, and Ford roadside assistance. These Ford warranties cover repairs needed to the vehicle due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It begins when the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first date of use. 

The bumper-to-bumper warranty section of the Ford Factory Warranty includes repairs to most components if they fail due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Ford powertrain warranty covers repairs made to the engine, transmission, drive systems, and their components if the parts fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It is valid for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Ford corrosion warranty covers repairs made to any body sheet metal that has rust through due to normal use and applies for 5 years regardless of mileage. The Ford Roadside assistance program includes services such as towing, lock out, fuel delivery, wenching, and flat tire change. The roadside assistance program last for 5 years or 60,000 miles, whichever comes first.
