You are here

The Infiniti roadside assistance program is an extension of the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as mechanical breakdown, flat tire change, battery jump start, one way tow due to a collision, fuel delivery, lock out service, and trip interruption.  Infiniti roadside assistance begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first date of use.

What is Included In the Infiniti Roadside Assistance?

The Infiniti roadside assistance program includes the following services: Mechanical Breakdown: Infiniti will tow the vehicle to the nearest Infiniti dealership if the mechanical breakdown was caused by a failure that was due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. Flat tire change: Infiniti will change a flat tire as long as there is a useable spare within the vehicle. Fuel delivery: Infiniti will deliver enough fuel to get you to the nearest service station. One Way Towing: If the vehicle was involved in an accident or collision, the Infiniti will arrange to have the vehicle towed at the owner's expense. Jump starts: Infiniti will jump start the battery if the vehicle will not start due to a dead battery. Lock-out assistance: if you are locked out of your vehicle, Infiniti will help you get back into it. The cost of a replacement key is the responsibility of the customer. Trip Interruption: If the vehicle breaks down due to a mechanical defect that is covered under warranty and you are 100 miles from home, Infiniti will reimburse you for meals, lodging, and transportation.

The Infiniti roadside assistance program includes what is listed above. For a list of what is not covered refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Roadside Assistance portion of the warranty booklet.

How Long is the Infiniti Roadside Assistance?

The Infiniti roadside assistance program applies for 4 years regardless of mileage. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the first day of use. The Infiniti roadside assistance program is fully transferable from one Infiniti owner to the next with little work needed on the previous or current owner's part. If roadside assistance benefits, or extended warranty coverage in general, are desired, then there are extended auto warranties that will provide both options.
