The Jaguar corrosion warranty, or corrosion protection limited warranty, includes repairs to painted body panels the body shell  that are perforated by corrosion, rust completely through from the inside out. This warranty covers any repairs of corrosion due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Jaguar corrosion warranty begins at the first date of delivery (in-service date) or the first date of use.

What Is Covered Under The Jaguar Corrosion Warranty?

The Jaguar Corrosion warranty covers any rust through due to corrosion on any original body panels or body shell due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The XJ and XK models have full aluminum body panels and monocoque frameworks and must be taken to a certified Jaguar Aluminum Repair Center for corrosion repairs. Jaguar will decided whether to replace or repair the damaged area. How Long is the Jaguar Corrosion Warranty?

The Jaguar corrosion warranty applies for 6 years regardless of mileage. It begins with the new vehicle limited warranty and starts the first day of ownership or use. The Jaguar corrosion warranty is fully transferable form one Jaguar owner to the next. There is also no limit on how many owners the vehicle can have.
