Jaguar Roadside Assistance

The Jaguar roadside assistance program comes with the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as emergency towing, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, and flat tire change, trip interruption, and lock out. The Jaguar roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

What is Covered Under the Jaguar Roadside Assistance?

If you run out of fuel, require a battery jump or lock-out assistance, or need help in changing a flat tire,  the Jaguar Roadside Assistance Center will dispatch someone assist you. They will bring you enough fuel to get you on your way, or they will jump start the battery for you. Jaguar will even send some one to change a flat tire for you and tow the vehicle if need be. Jaguar even offer trip interruption benefits. If your vehicle breaks down due to a mechanical failure that is covered under warranty, and your are 50 miles or more from home, then Jaguar will reimburse you for meal, lodging, and transportation expenses if you have not reached your final destination.

How Long is the Jaguar Roadside Assistance?

The Jaguar Roadside Assistance applies for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. 2001 thru 2009 Jaguar models have roadside assistance benefits for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.  It begins on the day of delivery to the first owner or the day of first use. The Jaguar roadside assistance program is fully transferable from Jaguar owner to the next automatically. Normally, an auto extended warranty will include a roadside assistance program that will over benefits beyond the end date of the Jaguar roadside assistance program.
