Jeep does not offer a roadside assistance program, but they do offer towing assist. The Jeep factory warranty covers repairs to most components of the vehicle if they fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It begins the day it is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the day of first use.

The Jeep basic, or standard bumper-to-bumper,  warranty covers repairs to most component of the vehicle if they fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 3 years or 36 ,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Jeep powertrain warranty includes the engine, transmission, drive systems, and all their components. As with the bumper-to-bumper warranty, the Jeep powertrain warranty covers repairs needed to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It is valid for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Jeep corrosion warranty includes repairs or replacement of any sheet metal panels that are damaged due to rust through if the rust through occurred during normal use. For sheet metal panels the corrosion warranty applies for 36 months regardless of mileage and for outer body panels the coverage is valid for 5 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. While Jeep does not offer a roadside assistance program they do offer towing assistance. If the Jeep vehicle becomes inoperable due to a mechanical breakdown, Jeep will cover the cost of towing the vehicle to the nearest Jeep service center. The Jeep towing service is available for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first.

For 2006, 2007, and 2008 year models that were purchased on or after July 26, 2007, the powertrain warranty is a lifetime warranty. This only applies to the original owner and is not transferable.
