The Mercury roadside assistance program is an extension of the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as winching, flat tire change, emergency towing, battery jump start, and fuel delivery service. TheMercury roadside assistance program begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the day of first use.

What is Included In the Mercury Roadside Assistance?

The Mercury roadside assistance program includes the following services: Emergency Towing: Mercury will tow the vehicle to the nearest Mercury dealership, or tow it to
your selling dealership if it is within 35 miles. Flat tire change: Mercury will change a flat tire as long as there is a useable spare within the vehicle. Fuel delivery: Mercury will deliver up to 2 gallons of gas for up to 2 times per year if you run out of fuel. Jump starts: Mercury will jump start the battery if the vehicle will not crank. Lock-out assistance: if you are locked out of your vehicle, Mercury will help you get back into it. The cost of a replacement key is the responsibility of the customer. Winching: the Mercury vehicle must be within 100 feet of a paved or county-maintained road in order for Mercury to winch the vehicle.

How Long is the Mercury Roadside Assistance?

The Mercury roadside assistance program applies for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the first day of use. The Mercury roadside assistance program is fully transferable from one Lincoln owner to the next with little work needed on the previous or current owner's part.

There are extended auto warranties that will provide roadside assistance after the Mercury roadside assistance expires.

In order to contact the Mercury roadside assistance just call 1-800-241-3673.  You will speak to a roadside assistance service representative that will be able to help you with your roadside assistance needs.
