The MINI roadside assistance comes with the limited factory warranty. The MINI roadside assistance includes services such on-site assistance, lock out, and towing. It begins the day of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the day of first use and ends at the year and/or mileage limit.  There are extended auto warranties that can extend roadside assistance coverage after the MINI roadside assistance program has expired.

What is Covered Under the MINI Roadside Assistance?

The MINI roadside assistance offers the following services: On-site assistance: flat tire, dead battery, and if you run out of fuel at a maximum of $100 per incident. Lock-out: If you become locked out of your vehicle, MINI will provide transportation or towing cost up to $100 per incident. Towing: If the vehicle becomes inoperable due to a mechanical breakdown that is covered under the MINI limited new vehicle warranty, MINI will cover the cost of towing your vehicle to the nearest MINI service center.

How Long is the MINI Roadside Assistance?

The MINI roadside assistance program applies for 4 years regardless of mileage. It begins with the day of delivery to the first owner or the first day of use and is not transferable from one owner to the next. Once the MINI roadside assistance program expires, extended car warranty's are available that will extend roadside assistance service past the expiration of the MINI roadside assistance.
