Mitsubishi Factory Warranty

Every new Mitsubishi vehicle comes with a limited factory warranty. The Mitsubishi factory warranty includes a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a powertrain warranty, a corrosion warranty, and roadside assistance. The Mitsubishi factory warranty covers the cost of repairs on the vehicle if the failure of the part or parts was due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Mitsubishi factory warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first day of use.

The Mitsubishi basic, or bumper-to-bumper, warranty includes most components of the vehicle and repairs needed due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 5 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Mitsubishi powertrain warranty covers the engine, transmission, transaxle, drive systems, and their components. It is valid for 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. The 10 years or 100,000 miles only applies to the original owner and is non transferable. The Mitsubishi corrosion warranty will cover the cost of repairing or replacing any body sheet metal panels that have rust through due to normal conditions for 7 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Mitsubishi roadside assistance program offers services such as emergency towing, flat tire change, fuel delivery service, lock out assistance, and minor mechanical assistance for roadside emergencies. Roadside assistance is available for 5 years with no limit on mileage.

The Mitsubishi factory warranty covers what is stated above. For a list of what is not covered refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Mitsubishi warranty booklet.
