Porsche Factory Warranty

With every new Porsche vehicle purchased comes a limited factory warranty. The Porsche factory warranty includes a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a corrosion warranty, and roadside assistance. Porsche does not offer an extended powertrain warranty. The Porsche factory warranty covers repairs to the vehicle if the part or parts fail due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Porsche warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service) date or the day of first use.

The Porsche basic, or bumper-to-bumper, warranty covers most components of the vehicle if they fail due to a manufacturer defect or error. It applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Porsche corrosion warranty repairs or replaces any body sheet metal panel that has rust through. The PorscheĀ corrosion warranty is valid for 12 years regardless of mileage. The Porsche roadside assistance program includes services such as battery jump start, emergency towing, lock out service, winch service, trip interruption, battery jump start, fuel delivery, and flat tire change. Roadside assistance benefits are available for 3 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. Porsche does not have a factory extended powertrain warranty but Porsche does offer a 2 year replacement part and accessory warranty.

The Porsche factory warranty covers what is listed above. For a list of what is not covered, refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Porsche warranty booklet.
