Along with the Scion new vehicle limited warranty comes a roadside assistance program. The Scion roadside assistance program, or Scion Boost offer services such as emergency towing, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, lock out service and flat tire change. It also covers factory recommended maintenance on your Scion vehicle. The Scion roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

What is Covered Under Scion Roadside Assistance?

Scion roadside assistance, or Scion Boost offers the following services: Emergency Towing: If the vehicle becomes inoperable due to a mechanical breakdown, Scion will provide towing to the nearest Scion dealership. Battery jump start: If your battery needs a jump, Scion will send a service operator out to jump start the battery. Fuel Delivery Service: If you run out of fuel, Scion will deliver a supply of fuel, enough to get to the nearest service station. Lock Out Service: If you are locked out of your vehicle, Scion will help to get you back into your vehicle. Flat Tire Change: If you get a flat tire, a service operator will be dispatched to attempt to change the flat tire for a spare. Along with the Scion Boost comes factory recommended services

How Long is the Scion Roadside Assistance?

The Scion Roadside Assistance and Scion boost only applies to 2009 and 2010 models purchased after June 2, 2010 and 2011 and newer models purchased after October 1, 2010. The Scion roadside assistance is valid for 2 years regardless of the mileage. The factory recommended services apply for 2 years or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. It begins on the day of delivery to the first owner or the day of first use. It is not transferable from one owner to the next. Normally, an auto extended warranty will include a roadside assistance program that will over benefits beyond the end date of the Scion roadside assistance program.
