You are here

The Suzuki roadside assistance program comes standard with the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as mechanical repairs, flat tire change, battery jump start, emergency towing, fuel delivery, and lock out service.  The Suzuki roadside assistance begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first date of use.

What is Included In the Suzuki Roadside Assistance?

The Suzuki roadside assistance program includes the following services: Mechanical Repairs: Suzuki will provide 'first-aid' for any small roadside mechanical repairs. Flat tire change: Suzuki will change a flat tire as long as there is a useable spare within the vehicle. Fuel delivery: Suzuki will deliver enough fuel to get you to the nearest service station. Emergency Towing: Suzuki will tow the vehicle to the nearest dealership if the vehicle is inoperable due to a failure that is covered under warranty. Jump starts: Suzuki will jump start the battery if the vehicle will not start due to a dead battery. Lock-out assistance: if you are locked out of your vehicle, Suzuki will help you get back into it. The cost of a replacement key is the responsibility of the customer.

The Suzuki roadside assistance program includes what is listed above. For a list of what is not covered refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Roadside Assistance portion of the warranty booklet.

How Long is the Suzuki Roadside Assistance?

The Suzuki roadside assistance program applies for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the first day of use. The Suzuki roadside assistance program is fully transferable from one Suzuki owner to the next with little work needed on the previous or current owner's part. If roadside assistance benefits, or extended warranty coverage in general, are desired, then there are extended auto warranties that will provide both options.
