When a new Volvo vehicle is purchased, it comes with a complimentary On Call Roadside Assistance. The Volvo roadside assistance cover services such as emergency towing, lockout assistance, jump-starting, and more. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the day of first use.
What is Covered Under the Volvo Roadside Assistance?
The Volvo Roadside assistance includes emergency towing to the nearest Volvo dealership or the selling dealership if it is within 25 miles of the breakdown, jump start, tire change, lock out assistance, computerized trip routing and map service, trip interruption expense benefits up to $500 per incident, and fuel delivery up to 2 gallons per incident. How Long is the Volvo Roadside Assistance?
Volvo offers their On Call Roadside Assistance complimentary for 4 years regardless of mileage. After the 4 years, there is a charge to keep the On Call service. However, that is not the only option for roadside assistance. There are extended auto warranties available that will extend roadside assistance coverage beyond the Volvo roadside assistance.

To recieve roadside assistance just call 1-800-638-6586 and a Volvo roadside assistance service representative will help you with your needs. For claims for reimbursement mail the original receipt within 6 days to Volvo On Call Attn: Claims Department P.O. Box 9145 Medford, MA 02155.
