Along with the Saab new vehicle limited warranty comes a roadside assistance program. The Saab roadside assistance program offer services such as emergency towing, trip interruption, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, lock out service and flat tire change. The Saab roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

What is Covered Under Saab Roadside Assistance?

The Saab roadside assistance program offers the following services: Emergency Fuel Delivery: Saab will delivery of enough fuel
for the vehicle to get it to the nearest service station. Emergency Towing: Saab will tow the vehicle to the nearest Saab dealer for warranty service, if the vehicle was in a crash and cannot be driven, and assistance will be given if the vehicle is stuck in the sand, mud, or snow. Trip Interruption: If the Saab vehicle breaks down due to a mechanical failure that is covered under the new vehicle limited warranty, and you are away from home, then Saab will reimburse you expenses for lodging, meals, and transportation. Lock-Out Service: Saab will provide service in order to unlock the vehicle if you are locked out. A remote unlock may be available if you have OnStar. Flat Tire Change: Saab will send someone to change the tire with an operable spare tire. Battery Jump Start: Saab service is provided to jump start a dead battery.

How Long is the Saab Roadside Assistance?

The Saab Roadside Assistance applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first.  It begins on the day of delivery to the first owner or the day of first use. It is fully transferable from one owner to the next. Normally, an extended car warranty will include a roadside assistance program that will over benefits beyond the end date of the Saab roadside assistance program.
