Along with the Audi new vehicle limited warranty comes a roadside assistance program. The Audi roadside assistance program offer services such as emergency towing, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, lock out service and flat tire change. Audi roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

What is Covered Under Audi Roadside Assistance?

Audi roadside assistance offers the following services: Emergency Towing: If the vehicle becomes inoperable due to a mechanical breakdown, Audi will provide towing to the nearest Audi dealership. Battery jump start: If your battery needs a jump, Audi will send a service operator out to jump start the battery. Fuel Delivery Service: If you run out of fuel, Audi will deliver a supply of fuel for a maximum of times per year. Lock Out Service: If you are locked out of your vehicle, Audi will assist you in getting back on your way. You can request that a service operator try to gain access to your vehicle. However, if the service operator is unsuccessful and the car must be towed to a local Audi dealership, towing cost will be your responsibility. Flat Tire Change: If you get a flat tire, a service operator will be dispatched to attempt to change the flat tire for a spare.

How Long is the Audi Roadside Assistance?

The Audi Roadside Assistance applies for 4 years regardless of mileage. It begins on the day of delivery to the first owner or the day of first use. It is not transferable from one owner to the next. Normally, an auto extended warranty will include a roadside assistance program that will over benefits beyond the end date of the Audi roadside assistance program.

To recieve roadside assistance just call 1-800-411-9988, or 1-866-478-3456 for A8 and R8 owners, and an Audi roadside assistance service representative will help you with your needs.
