When a new Buick vehicle is purchased is comes with a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty. The Buick basic warranty covers the cost of repairs needed to the vehicle if the part or parts fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Buick Basic warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first day of use.

What is Covered Under the Buick Basic Warranty?

Under the Buick basic warranty most components of the vehicle are covered. This includes batteries, adjustments, tires, and surface corrosion. It also comeswith courtesy transportation. If any of the components are parts listed fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship, the Buick basic warranty will cover the cost.

How Long is the Buick Basic Warranty?

The Buick basic warranty applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the first day it is put into use. The Buick basic warranty can be transferred to one Buick owner to the next with no limit on the number of owners the Buick can have in order for the warranty to be valid.
