Cadillac Certified Warranty

You are here

When a consumer purchases a certified pre-owned Cadillac, it comes with a certified pre-owned (CPO) limited warranty. The Cadillac certified warranty extends coverage to certain components of the vehicle. and begins either the day the Cadillac new car factory warranty expires or from the first day of delivery.

The Cadillac Certified warranty is an extension of the new vehicle limited factory warranty. Most components that are covered under the factory warranty will be covered under the certified warranty. Cadillac will cover the cost of parts and labor if a mechanical breakdown occurs due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Cadillac certified warranty extends the factory warranty for 2 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first, for a total of 6 years or 100,000 miles. There is no deductible for repairs and the warranty is fully transferable from one Cadillac owner to the next.

For a list of items that are not covered by the Cadillac certified warranty please refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Cadillac Warranties booklet.

The roadside assistance portion of the warranty includes benefits such as:

emergency towing,
fuel delivery,
lock-out service,
trip interruption benefits,
courtesy transportation, and
trip routing services.

The roadside assistance is valid for 6 years or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.
