Jeep Certified Warranty

You are here

When a certified pre-owned Jeep vehicle is purchased, it comes with a certified warranty. The Jeep certified warranty includes a comprehensive warranty, a powertrain warranty, and roadside assistance. It covers the cost of repairs if a mechanical breakdown occurs due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship and starts on the original in-service date.

The comprehensive portion of the Jeep certified warranty covers most components of the vehicle should a part fail due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first and begins the day the certified vehicle is purchased. The powertrain warranty portion of the Jeep certified warranty covers components of the engine, transmission, and drive systems. It begins on the original in-service date of the vehicle and is valid for 7 years or 100,000 miles. For 2009 and earlier models, the powertrain warranty applies for 6 years or 80,000 miles, whichever comes first. There is a $150 deductible for service repairs. The roadside assistance program includes benefits such as car rental allowance, emergency towing, fuel delivery, and much more.

The Jeep certified warranty covers what is listed above. For a complete list of what is not covered, refer to "What is Not Covered" section of your warranties booklet.
