Mercedes-Benz Certified Warranty

You are here

When a consumer purchases a certified pre-owned Mercedes-Benz, it comes with a certified pre-owned (CPO) limited warranty. The Mercedes-Benz certified warranty extends coverage to certain components of the vehicle. and begins either the day the Mercedes-Benz new car factory warranty expires or from the first day of delivery.

The Mercedes-Benz Certified warranty is an extension of the new vehicle limited factory warranty. Most components that are covered under the factory warranty will be covered under the certified warranty. Mercedes-Benz will cover the cost of parts and labor if a mechanical breaksown occurs due to a manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Mercedes-Benz certified warranty applies for 12 months or 100,000 miles, whichever comes first. There is no deductible for repairs and the warranty is fully transferable from one Mercedes-Benz owner to the next.

For a complete list of what is not covered under the Mercedes-Benz certified warranty please refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the warranty booklet.
