Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance

You are here

Under the Mercedes-Benz new car factory limited warranty there is not standard Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance coverage. Mercedes-Benz does offer a service called mbrace that offers roadside assistance services at an extra cost. But there are other options. An extended auto warranty will not only provide roadside assistance services like, battery jump start, lock out, fuel delivery service, alternative transportation, and more, but it will also extend warranty coverage after the Mercedes-Benz factory warranty has expired.

If you have any question or concerns and cannot get a sastisfactory answer at an authorized Mercedes-Benz retailer thenyou can either call 1-800-FOR-MERC or mail them to  Mercedes-Benz USA, LLC, Customer Assistance Center, One Mercedes Drive, Montvale, New Jersey 07645-0350.

*The Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance information was obtained from the 2011 Mercedes-Benz Service and Warranty information booklet. For the latest information please advise your Mercedes-Benz warranty booklet.
