Honda Factory Warranty

Every new Honda vehicle comes with a limited Honda Factory Warranty. The Honda Factory Warranty includes a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a powertrain warranty, and a corrosion warranty. Unlike some other manufacturers, Honda does not offer a roadside assistance program. These Honda warranties cover the cost of repairs needed due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. The Honda factory warranty begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) of the first day of use.

The Honda standard bumper-to-bumper warranty covers repairs to most components of the vehicle if they fail die to manufacture defect or workmanship. It applies for 3 years or 36,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Honda powertrain warranty includes parts of the engine, transmission, transaxle, transfer case, and drive systems and is valid for 5 years or 60,000 miles whichever comes first. The Honda corrosion warranty covers the repair of rust through on any body sheet metal panel if the rust is due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It is valid for 5 years regardless of the mileage.

The Honda Factory Warranty covers what is mentioned above. For a complete list of what is not covered refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Honda warranty booklet.
