Typically in regard to an extended auto warranty, roadside assistance provides convenience features to the consumer that acquired the warranty coverage. Sometimes, the factory warranty also comes standard with roadside assistance benefits. However, roadside assistance that comes with the factory warranty typically only covers a toll free 24/7 claims service that provides towing, due to a mechanical breakdown, to your nearest dealer repair facility. An extended warranty will offer additional Roadside Assistance options such as:

  • Towing - service to the nearest ASE Certified repair facility.
  • Tire Change - assistance with the changing of a tire in the result of a flat by road debris.
  • Jump-Start - roadside service to start a weak batter or replace a dead battery.
  • Emergency Fuel Delivery - roadside delivery of fuel if your vehicle runs out.
  • Lost Key or Lockout - in case you lose your keys or lock them in the vehicle a locksmith will assist you on the roadside.

Daewoo Roadside Assistance

Under the Daewoo new car factory limited warranty there is no Daewoo roadside assistance coverage.  An extended auto warranty may be an option to not only provide you with roadside assistance services like, battery jump start, lock out, fuel delivery service, alternative transportation, and more, but it will also extend warranty coverage after the Daewoo factory  and powertrain warranties have expired.

Subaru Roadside Assistance

The Subaru roadside assistance program is a part of the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as flat tire change, emergency towing, battery jump start, lock out service, and fuel delivery service. The Subaru roadside assistance program begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the day of first use.

Mitsubishi Roadside Assistance

The Mitsubishi roadside assistance program is an extension of the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as flat tire change, emergency towing, battery jump start, and fuel delivery service. The Mitsubishi roadside assistance program begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner or the day of first use.

Mercedes-Benz Roadside Assistance

Under the Mercedes-Benz new car factory limited warranty there is not standard Mercedes-Benz roadside assistance coverage. Mercedes-Benz does offer a service called mbrace that offers roadside assistance services at an extra cost. But there are other options. An extended auto warranty will not only provide roadside assistance services like, battery jump start, lock out, fuel delivery service, alternative transportation, and more, but it will also extend warranty coverage after the Mercedes-Benz factory warranty has expired.

Mazda Roadside Assistance

Under the Mazda new car factory limited warranty there is not comprehensive Mazda roadside assistance coverage. If your car is inoperable due to a breakdown caused by a manufacturer defect or workmanship during the 3 year or 36,000 mile factory warranty period or the 5 year or 60,000 mile powertrain warranty period, then Mazda will tow the vehicle to the nearest Mazda dealership at no cost to you.
