Sometimes, the factory warranty also comes standard with roadside assistance benefits. However, roadside assistance that comes with the factory warranty typically only covers a toll free 24/7 claims service that provides towing, due to a mechanical breakdown, to your nearest dealer repair facility. An extended warranty will offer additional Roadside Assistance options such as:

  • Towing - service to the nearest ASE Certified repair facility.
  • Tire Change - assistance with the changing of a tire in the result of a flat by road debris.
  • Jump-Start - roadside service to start a weak batter or replace a dead battery.
  • Emergency Fuel Delivery - roadside delivery of fuel if your vehicle runs out.
  • Lost Key or Lockout - in case you lose your keys or lock them in the vehicle a locksmith will assist you on the roadside.

Saturn Roadside Assistance

Along with the Saturn new vehicle limited warranty comes a roadside assistance program. The Saturn roadside assistance program offer services such as emergency towing, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, lock out service and flat tire change. The Saturn roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

Toyota Roadside Assistance

Along with the Toyota new vehicle limited warranty comes a roadside assistance program. The Scion roadside assistance program, or Scion Boost offer services such as emergency towing, battery jump start, fuel delivery services, lock out service and flat tire change. It also covers factory recommended maintenance on your Scion vehicle. The Scion roadside assistance begins at the date of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the date of first use.

Smart Roadside Assistance

The Smart roadside assistance program is a part of the new vehicle limited warranty. It offers services such as flat tire change, emergency towing, battery jump start, lock out service, and fuel delivery service.

MINI Roadside Assistance

The MINI roadside assistance comes with the limited factory warranty. The MINI roadside assistance includes services such on-site assistance, lock out, and towing. It begins the day of delivery to the first owner (in-service date) or the day of first use and ends at the year and/or mileage limit.  There are extended auto warranties that can extend roadside assistance coverage after the MINI roadside assistance program has expired.
