Wear and Tear

You are here

In the event of mechanical breakdown sometimes the repair is deemed to be caused by excessive wear and tear. Depending upon the service contract or factory warranty in which is currently in place, mechanical breakdown from wear and tear may or may not be covered. There are no extended service contracts or factory warranties that would protect your vehicle from excessive wear and tear, while only the most comprehensive warranties will cover a breakdown from "normal wear and tear". Each warranty administrator terms and conditions are different, so reference your service agreement for the normal wear and tear inclusion or exclusion.
