Lexus Factory Warranty

With every new Lexus purchased, the vehicle comes with a limited factory warranty. The Lexus factory warranty includes a standard bumper-to-bumper warranty, a powertrain warranty, a corrosion warranty, and roadside assistance. The Lexus factory warranty cover repairs needed to the vehicle if the failure is due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It begins the day the vehicle is delivered to the first owner (in-service date) or the first day of use.

The Lexus basic, or bumper-to-bumper, warranty covers most components of the vehicle and repairs needed due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It applies for 4 years or 50,000 miles, whichever comes first. The Lexus powertrain warranty covers the engine, transmission, transaxle, front-wheel drive system, and their components and covers repair cost if the part fails due to manufacturer defect or workmanship. It is valid for 6 years or 70,000 miles, whichever comes first.  The Lexus corrosion warranty covers repairs or replacements of body sheet metal panels that have signs of rust through. The corrosion warranty is a 6 year warranty with no mileage limit. The Lexus roadside assistance program offers services such as emergency towing, fuel delivery, lock out assistance, and battery jump start. Roadside assistance is available for 4 years with no mileage limits.

The Lexus factory warranty covers what is listed above. For a complete list of what is not covered please refer to the "What is Not Covered" section of the Lexus warranty booklet.
